How I approach work.

I believe…

I believe that we have the capacity to heal ourselves, our communities and the world we share.

I believe that we hold the answers to the questions we seek within our hearts, minds and communities.

I believe that together, we can identify, define and/or create a path to your destination.

However…

Ideological, cultural and economic systems and the institutions that serve, protect and advance them reinforce the notion that they are fixed, permanent and therefore not to be challenged in any real or fundamental ways.

In so much as we are born into and do our parts to reproduce these systems, we also chose (intentionally or unintentionally) to live in ways that facilitate and protect them.  Importantly, we have the capacity to break from them - or certain practices that reinforce them - in ways unique and meaningful to us.

Recognizing that we hold the capacity to heal ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually is one way that we can break from the systems of oppression and practices that support them. Answers and solutions lay within ourselves in community with others.

If healing support is what you seek, my aim is to help you to feel your best so that you can fulfill your divine life purpose and live your best life. I believe that each of us has the capacity to heal ourselves, though sometimes with the support of others. I am committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive environment to facilitate your process of healing.

If facilitation support is what you seek, i will listen deeply and work collaboratively with you, your team and/or community to develop a process that guides you to your destination. And I will support you through the plan, process or event’s implementation and evaluation. My facilitation and planning style is collaborative, iterative and emergent.
